Every game company has its own objective. Some of them do it for money, or for the purpose of raising awareness of public or just for fun. Some of these has reached success but others have not been even played.

The ones with the purpose of money

New comers are usually deal with the fun part of making a game at first but then hey become aware of that they can make great money out of the gaming sector and to do that they start programming games. İf the programmer has hasty character, the result of the product will be failure and an incomplete game. However, if the programmer who take making a quality game as a goal, works slow but the result would be a very quality work. Indeed, programing a game needs patience.

The ones with the purpose of raising awareness of public

Programmers in this group, do not aim to earn money. All they want is to act more sensitive and conscious for the group that game address to. That's why even if the game doesn't have a good quality, to raise awareness of public, they try to be more understandable about the topic. Those companies may not be known well, but they have some resounding comments about some of their games. This is why some of these companies have chosen to change from the ones who wants raise awareness of public to the ones who aim to earn money.

For the purpose of just for fun

These companies aren't that much big when you compare to others. They make games with 4 or 5 people on their own. They have no purpose of making money out of it. It is enough for them to get their monthly salary. This is why they are more innocent. Compared to others, they are not fast at their works. They take it slow and have fun. They play the games that they have made. Their relationships are not like company based, they are purely friends. The director of this group doesn't care about discipline. That's why, i think this is the best group.

Those topics above are the objectives of game companies. As i said the most innocent and the best group is the one that aims to have fun, but in the end a game is a game. While criticizing a game, we should rate the game not the company. Because whatever the reason is, there is an effort to make it happen which is priceless and can't be denied. Game programmers also need patience and stability and if they are really into this sector, they should gather a team. Because programming a game alone is not an easy option.

People who make money out of the Gaming Sector

Recently, the gaming sector has been carrying an industrial objective, too. From its producers to its publisher even the players are earning money and this shows that there is a cycle of money in the sector. One of the most exciting part of earning money in the sector is you have the chance of making money while having fun playing games. Generally, MMORPG and games that are based on improving a character are also in the sector of trading like gaming sector. Grouls of people who make money out of gaming are:

1- Producers

Game producers have become aware of the big trade volume after their entrance to gaming sector, they have built their plans on selling more, making a game into its series, and restoring an old game or making it better guaranteed them a place in the sector but there have always been people who failed, the people who haven't failed, have reached high income through the sector.

Alongside producing companies, the companies that producers have a deal to publish their games, have tried to take their own piece from the cake of sector, they have succeeded and have taken a good place.
For example, in the intro of a game, players usually are exposed to the producing company's advertisement, following that the advertisement and the introduction of the publisher company. Publishing companies are also successful in music sector, movie sector while they are able to boost a game's selling records and the demand on game whether the game is good or not as soon as the publisher company does the right advertisement and introduction.

3 - Executive Team
Just like a normal employee, administrator and the members of the team are getting their incomes from the producing and publishing company especially in multiplayer games field like MMORPG, FPS, MOBA. This created new job opportunities but gave people chance to earn a better position in the sector.

The players, for sure, are the biggest need in the sector for the trade volume of it. But in some games like League of Legends, Metin2, Knight Online, Warcraft, CS-GO, and PUBG, players are able to sell their in-game staff both in legal and illegal trade ways and therefore they are in the industry of gaming too.

Streamers recently has reached popularity and high incomes in the sector, they have gained their place. Streamers that has a great communication between their viewers, are more likely to hold on the sector.

Activision Blizzard

This is such a big company when you compare to the others. It has been created by two separate companies named Activision and Blizzard. It is a company that is based on France but it generally is active in America. It was built in in 2008. It has more that 8.000 employees working. Company is known for its successful and failed series of games like  Warcraft, Guitar Hero, and Call of Duty.

Ubisoft Entertainment

The biggest gaming company of the world takes its place as second on our list. It has been built in 1986 and functioning in more than 28 country. It has been chosen to be the europe's biggest gaming company since 2008. They released two very successful games which are Assassin's Creed and Tom Clancy, aside from these they choose to improve the project called Far Cry by Cry Tek. Ubisoft has been chosen as  the most earning company from its products in 2016 and it has more than 9.000 employees working for Ubisoft right now.

EA Games

EA Games, originally Electronic Arts, was created by an old Apple employee called Trip Hawkins in America. It has been the biggest company on its own field since 2005. While their first game was released in 1983, they have been become known for their games called Battlefield and Medal of Honor since 2000s. They generally have worked in every field, they have released very successful games in the categories of war, strategy, sports and racing. They have had 9.225 employees since 2012.

SEGA

It has been well known by old players. One of the oldest companies of the world and it was built in 1943 based on mainly Tokio. They had successful gaming projects in both gaming and consoles and undoubtedly best known for their Total War series. It has only 3.500 employees working, right now.

Sony Interactive Entertainment

A company that is built by Sony. It is built in 1993 and based in Tokyo but currently functioning actively in Japan. This is fourth most biggest company in Japan. Naughty Dog, Novarama, and Level 5 have been released by them like many others.

Indeed, those are the most earning companies in the sector, but they have become sole-trader companies these days and their income is increasing day by day.
